Duties and responsibilities include:

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and argiculture clients across various industries, delivering outstanding service
Identify and develop opportunities within the portfolio, focusing on growth and retention
Drive new and profitably business, contributing to regional strategic objectives
Guide and support team members, fostering professional development and collaboration

We are looking for someone with:

Tier 1 Broking qualifications are essential
Previous experience as a commercial Insurance Broker or Account Executive
Abilities to develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, enhancing their overall experience
Experience achieveing and exceeding renewal and new business targets
Strong commercial acumen
