- Effectively manage costs to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery
- Promote the firm to existing and new clients through proactive marketing and business development initiatives
- Respond to basic commercial and charitable enquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services
- A minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in Employment Law or a newly qualified solicitor with relevant experience in Employment Law during their training contract
- Strong understanding of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Proficiency in case management software
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
