Across residential properties and commercial spaces, you’ll be accountable for every aspect of capital and revenue projects – from procurement and contract award, through works delivery to completion.Leading a team of surveyors, project managers, clerk of works, asset programme managers and asset monitoring officers, you’ll inspire high performance and drive development. We’ll look to you to ensure projects have the right resources, funding and governance arrangements. You will also be a valued expert voice on strategic asset management, and oversee large-scale investment programmes from planning to implementation.A member of a relevant professional body, such as RICS, CIOB or APM, you have a demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and manage teams to deliver high standards of work. You will bring to the role extensive experience in managing major works, taking responsibility for everything from budget and reporting, to regulatory adherence, contracts and risk management.Knowledge of strategic asset management principles, including BIM, informs the quality of the strategic advice you provide.
