- Oversee the project lifecycle for migrating the telephony and contact center infrastructure.
- Engage with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage communication across all project phases, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to compliance and security standards.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically with telephony and contact center system deployments or migrations.
- Familiarity with major telephony solutions such as Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Fluency in French and English mandatory. German is a plus.
