  • Oversee the project lifecycle for migrating the telephony and contact center infrastructure.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Manage communication across all project phases, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to compliance and security standards.
You have experience in deploying telephony system.|You can manage a project with different strong stakeholders.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, specifically with telephony and contact center system deployments or migrations.
  • Familiarity with major telephony solutions such as Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Fluency in French and English mandatory. German is a plus.
