Document and report provided solutions to the clients by logging all actions into the ticketing system logs.System Infrastructure Administration:
Windows Server administration (Windows Server 2012/2016) MCSE 70-443
Good knowledge of MS 2016 solutions (Exchange, Skype, Sharepoint, SCCM, SCOM, …)
Excellent skills for AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, NTFS, KMS, ADFS, PKI, IIS.
Administration of ISILON
Good knowledge of PowerShell and VBS script
Knowledge VDI, Citrix, VMWare, Hyper-V, AppsenseDocument management: write, adapt and improve internal documentation (procedures, working instructions)
and documentation from external service providers
Communication skills, customer orientation
