- Effectively handle billing and cash transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- Prior experience as a waiter or in room service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and billing.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Right to work in the UK (pre-settled or settled status).
