Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Service Advisor.Salary:
Highly negotiable salary (depending on experience) + Medical Aid + Pension + IncentivesRequirements:

Matric Certificate
Driver's license
Minimum 5 years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
Literate on Drive
Ability to work under pressure
Outgoing and vibrant personality

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)

Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on systemUpdate necessary vehicle details * Prepare quotationsEnsure accurate invoice payments * Full vehicle handover process

Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI
