- Conducting quality reviews to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Participating in calibration sessions with Call Center leadership.
- Identifying training needs and collaborating with the training department.
- Highlighting areas of improvement through QA reports.
- Auditing service results for compliance and consistency.
- Providing tracking and reporting of Quality Assurance metrics.
- Creating regular reports for management review..
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Additional language skills (French, Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual with a desire to grow within a company.
- No prior experience required - we will provide comprehensive training!
