How will you power what's possible?Southwire Job DescriptionWe seek a Talent Acquisition Project & Operations Manager to support our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you would be responsible for leading a team in developing and implementing company-wide operational strategies that drive the overall effectiveness of Southwire's talent acquisition efforts. Together with your team and in partnership with our Talent Acquisition Leaders, you will lead efforts that drive desired company-wide TA outcomes, including differentiated process design, metrics and measurement, diversity, tools, technology, employment branding, recruitment marketing, training, and compliance, preboarding, and programs. Additionally, you will lead a team that provides consistent, tactical support to recruiters, candidates, and search partners. You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pre-boarding team and programs designed to create positive new hire experiences.
  • Manages the vendor relationships to ensure an effective and efficient process for the candidates and the business.
  • Manages talent acquisition policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the organization's overall objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Leads the charge on improving the candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. This involves gathering feedback, implementing improvements based on analysis and insights, and ensuring that candidates have a positive impression of the organization regardless of the outcome of their application.
  • Manages, collects, analyzes, and communicates recruitment data and trends for optimal effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies to attract top talent through a positive company image; Facilitate our external talent acquisition marketing and employment branding strategies to elevate and amplify our company brand as an employer of choice nationwide.
  • Acts as team's product owner for Success Factor Recruiting module and works with HRIS to evaluate potential enhancement tools and technologies, guides decision-making, vendor management and gauges ROI and effectiveness over time of outsourced tools.
  • Partners with the HRIS team, TA leaders, and Stakeholders to research, test, recommend, and strategically integrate AI tools such as automated interviewing, chatbots, and predictive analytics to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Manages and optimizes all recruitment technology, tools, job boards, and vendor partners.
