- A degree in Business Administration or a similar field, or relevant work experience.
- Common sense and drive.
- Work experience in a similar role.
- Native English speaker; knowledge of German or any other additional language is an asset.
- Willingness to travel regularly to London and potentially to other locations or to relocate to London.
- Strong analytical, as well as strong project management skills.
- Accustomed to working with international clients and across cultures.
- Ability to deliver top-quality work, even under pressure.
- Capability to see the big picture while paying attention to details.
- Ability to work autonomously and learn new skills when required.
- Experience in property development and/or management, or design/architecture is an asset.
- Very flexible – open to learning new skills fast and problem-solving skills.
- 360-degree vision – capable of handling every job from start to finish.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
- Impeccable manners and appearance.
