- Acting as the client facing representative for all technical service requests on client sites (most client sites are within a 50-mile radius of the Milton keynes office, this includes London)
- Logging and maintaining support issues detail throughout a service ticket lifecycle (using ConnectWise Manage)
- Responding appropriately to more complex problems through escalation.
- Prioritisation and management of workload to ensure client SLAs are met.
- Owning, managing, and resolving incidents, completing requests and change requests in line with our SLA’s.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement both technically and in processes for clients and internally.
- Minimum of 2 years experience supporting SME’s or multi client sites in a similar client facing role.
- Clear and confident communicator at all levels and abilities
- Able to deliver and troubleshoot complex technical solutions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Full clean UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided)

- Salary is up to £35k pa, dependant on experience and accreditations
- Use of Company car / van (you must have a full clean UK driving licence)

- The hours of work are 37.5 per week.
- Based out of our Milton Keynes Office with client visits within a 50-mile radius of the Milton Keynes office plus London travel (travel expenses are paid monthly and train travel is purchased by Aztech IT ahead of any pending travel to client sites)
