The Role We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually captivating and engaging content across various digital platforms. -Design visually stunning graphics, images, and multimedia content for Coreteam's digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, case studies, and website content. -Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and develop creative concepts that align with Coreteam's brand identity and messaging. -Translate concepts into high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and engage our target audience. -Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of Coreteam's visual content. -Ensure all design assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials. -Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support various initiatives and campaigns with visually compelling content. Skills -Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. -Proven experience as a graphic designer or multimedia producer, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment. -Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and multimedia tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. -Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across different digital platforms. -Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition. -Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts visually. Key Goals -Create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content that result in a 20% increase in overall brand engagement (likes, comments, shares) on social media platforms within six months. -Redesign key website elements (e.g., homepage, landing pages) to improve user experience and decrease bounce rate by 15% within three months. -Produce a minimum of 10 new visual assets (graphics, illustrations, videos) per month to expand Coreteam's visual content library and support ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives. -Ensure that all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all marketing materials. -Collaborate with the content team to analyze the performance of visual content and identify areas for improvement, aiming to achieve a 10% increase in content engagement metrics (likes, shares, clicks) quarterly.
