You thrive in collaborative, diverse, and international settings and embrace change.As a vital link between customers and our R&D/PLM team, your role is crucial in managing support cases and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers and patients through effective problem resolution, prioritization, and escalation.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between customers, SSUs, and internal teams for 1st and 2nd line support cases and product development orders.
- Ensure effective issue resolution, prioritization, and escalation to maintain high customer satisfaction and patient safety.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs for customers and SSU's on the efficient and safe use of our digital health solutions.
- Passionate about IT with a solid understanding of technologies and topologies (e.g., TCP/IP, SQL, software deployment, VMWare).
- Creative problem-solver, proficient in scripting and tool development to enhance internal workflows.
- High professional level of Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Customer-friendly communication skills, capable of conveying technical information effectively across all levels.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to customer support.
- Background in IT and software (Windows, Linux, SQL DB, Networks) preferred.
- Experience with generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, chatbots) as well as XML or HL7 integration is a plus.
