There is an excellent opportunity for a Food Technical Officer to join the Food, Health and Safety Business Compliance Team.The post holder will support the Principal Environmental Health Officer and immediate colleagues in delivering a diverse range of Business Compliance Team duties and responsibilities predominantly with a Food Safety and Health & Safety remit. You will also be given the opportunity to work with businesses as part of our Commercialisation programme and Primary Authority work.Applications are invited from candidates with a BTEC/Higher Certificate (or equivalent) in Environmental Health, who have experience in planned inspection work, enforcement work plus environmental and public health principles.
