About the position We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join us to help design intuitive User experiences for our AI-powered planning platform. Our design team is a highly collaborative group of researchers, designers, engineers and product managers. We value creativity and open idea sharing. You will be responsible for the design of simple, intuitive UI solutions that drive adoption for complex enterprise business planning solutions. You should exhibit user empathy, big picture focus, innovative thinking and problem solving skills. What you'll do for us Research, prototype and develop consistent, recognizable, familiar, and intuitive experience Collaborate with critical stakeholders to deliver extraordinary user experiences Conceptualize the big picture and help design development Develop UI assets, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new interfaces and features Utilize a variety of perspectives: business, experience, technology, user research, etc. Continuously look for opportunities to improve the user experience and boost user productivity Strong communication and active listening skills Mentor new designers What you'll have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field 4+ years of relevant experience in product design Work closely with product managers and developers to bring your design to life that will be appreciated by the end users Platform centric experience designing and thinking in design systems, not just single-purpose applications Experience in developing software that has global reach and designed for users of multiple languages and abilities Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop along with an ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge Portfolio showcasing your approach to research, design, and collaborative conclusions for enterprise software or applications Passion for design and a strong command of interaction and visual design capabilities Strong design sensibility, attention to detail and an understanding of CSS/CSS3 More about us With the latest increase in our valuation from $2.7B to $3.7B despite challenging global macroeconomic conditions, o9 Solutions is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world today.
