- Lead the bi-annual (prior to each fiscal half) generation & alignment of the Managed Solutions 4P plan. This will require engagement within the Managed Solutions Business Management & Operationsour team & our GBU partners. Ensure that we have the right focus areas identified and associated activities to unlock the success of delivering on those activities.
- Deliver the 4P plan to the markets (directly or ensuring we have the right experts) & facilitate a feedback loop to ensure the markets are aligned & have the right activities specific to their markets.
- Facilitate market feedback regarding the 4P plan feedback into our WW teams to ensure the market teams are getting the right support & the WW teams are focused on the right activities.
- Monitor and track Market progress against key 4P initiatives.
- Coordinate with WS teams on 4P delivery & activation. Work across our other WS COEs for best practices & with the Solutions Execution 4P lead on process and timing.
- Support ongoing activities that are in line with supporting enhancement and activation of our 4P plans. Ensure that we have the right communication vehicles across key components of our plan, into the right communities to drive awareness of strategy, offer & process details.
- Lead out on cross-functional strategic initiatives that support 4P activation.
- First level university degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of Marketing, business management, Contractual print or DaaS experience, category, business and/or P&L management.
- Understanding of the services industry, offering categories and HP offerings/ strategy
- Marketing & communications skills, framework understanding
- Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships across organizational boundaries.
- Solution & Service offering experience
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside HP
