About the Company...Our client company is an international corporation based in Hong Kong that is known for its quality services and innovative operation model. It operates a property division with redevelopments and A&A projects for upgrading its existing community properties. In a bid to better support the project team, a new headcount is created for Building Services Engineering talent to join the team.About the RoleAs a crucial member of the project team, you will be responsible for the project management and building services engineering support to their luxury capital, asset enhancement projects. You will be facilitating the E&M works from client side perspective, handling site supervision and quality assurance, providing E&M design and tender documentation support, working closely with other stakeholders for a smooth and efficient project delivery.About the Requirement

Over 4 years of relevant experiences in project management; candidates with strong E&M site supervision experience would be a plus
Bachelor or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Independent with good communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, good command in English and Mandarin
