- Spearhead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality business solutions.
- Foster seamless collaboration with fellow developers and stakeholders to address technical hurdles and innovate solutions.
- Work closely with software developers, project managers, and IT engineers to implement our CRM solutions effectively.
- Craft bespoke dashboards and reporting tools within our CRM platform.
- Customize models, views, and search functionalities based on client specifications.
- Serve as a technical authority on CRM projects, including implementations, customizations, and migrations.
- Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM infrastructure.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in development for enhanced efficiency and architectural integrity.
- Provide end-user support for CRM applications through our Service Desk, promptly addressing cases as they arise.
- Escalate support issues to third-party providers when necessary.
- Be available for Standby Support duties as per published rosters.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application development and deployment.
- Proficiency in implementing coding best practices and standards.
- Strong proficiency (2 years minimum) in Python programming.
- Familiarity with programming and markup languages such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of relational databases, preferably SQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience in integrating third-party systems via APIs.
- Advantageous to have an in-depth understanding of the Odoo framework, including architecture and ORM.
- Previous exposure to CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software development issues efficiently.
- Competence in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
- A problem-solving mindset coupled with a knack for crafting innovative software solutions.
- Proven experience in configuring and customizing CRM applications.
- A collaborative team player known for reliability and attention to detail.
