Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle; planning, scope definition, design, execution, and deliveryMonitors the financial and contractual management: establishes and monitors the budget, ensures the relationship with the customer, manages subcontractors/suppliers, invoicing and monitoring of customer overdraft, identifies and manages risks and opportunities, etc.Controls the job's performance and implements corrective measures if necessary: presents the site foreman with performance objectives, monitors the associated indicators and reports to his/her line management.Provides added value in the optimization of his/her operations: demonstrates creativity in the search for innovative solutions (variants, reduction of deadlines, etc.)Manages his/her teams: organizes his/her teams, manages training and participates in recruitment, assesses his/her teams, etc.ProfileTypically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3-4 years of experience
