Bureaucracy slows down many companies, so here we built one that practices simple, lean and efficient processes.Last but not least, we define success based on the value we create for our users.Job DescriptionPerform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.Supervise all finance personnel and team membersIdentifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company.Managing relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.Plan, execute and oversee upgrades to financial systems, processes, or technologiesDevelops and executes the financial strategy for the IPO, working closely with the executive team and board of directors. This includes evaluating the company's financial position, assessing capital requirements, and determining the optimal timing and pricing for the offering.Qualifications
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience in relevant field
  • Advanced degree or certification, such as an ACCA, MBA, CPA, or CFA
  • Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer applications.
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
  • Ability to strategize, problem solve and make sound business decisions.
