Freelance Internal Project Recruiter in Calafell

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews (phone, video) to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients, providing necessary information and support throughout the process.
• Manage candidate relationships, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
• Collaborate with the Selectalento team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Registered as a freelancer in Spain. Salary on commissions based.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, including ATS platforms.
• Flexibility to work independently.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Located in or near Calafell
