- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and goals of the company.
- Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese languages (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
