This role works for one of the most impressive Property Groups in the U.K currently who have undergone significant growth over the past 3 years and now plan to set the business up for a potential LSE floation.As interim Group FD you will provide the structure and framework to get the business "PLC Ready" working across restructuring, restating and refinancing projects.You'll manage a large group finance team and also be responsible for hiring new talent and report to the CFO & CEO.Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA and have worked within FTSE 100/250 group environments, be technically strong and also have managed large teams.Initial 6 month contract wirh options to extend, package in the region of £250-£350k. Offices Central London with flexible working available.
