You will work with our clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, leveraging your expertise in understanding the phases of such projects and integrating internal communications seamlessly to support engagement efforts.Key responsibilities
  • Strategic Counsel: You will act as the primary source of trusted strategic advice for your clients and will be responsible for ensuring that we are stretching the value we bring into new areas which reflect our open-source ethos and way of working, at all times.
  • Project Management: Work within project teams to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of employee engagement initiatives, understanding and navigating the various phases of project implementation.
  • Internal Communication Integration: Incorporate internal communications strategies into employee engagement projects, ensuring effective communication channels and messaging to support engagement efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strategic client relationships, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive enhanced employee engagement and business performance.
  • Networking and New Business: Proactively identify new revenue streams through existing and new business opportunities and take ownership and leadership in developing and delivering responses to these opportunities.
Experience that contributes to your success
  • Extensive experience in employee engagement, with internal communications, employee experience, employer brand, organizational learning, and leadership development.
  • Proficient in facilitating change initiatives, including digital transformation, within complex organizations.
  • Well-versed in change management best practices and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and effectively managing client relationships.
  • Possesses strong writing and presentation abilities, capable of developing high-quality materials for clients.
  • Skilled in efficiently managing multiple clients and priorities. Possesses a keen business acumen and a deep interest in business and organizational dynamics.
