We make every effort to ensure everyone feels they belong in our Primrose community.WHAT YOU’LL DOThe Talent Operations Specialist is responsible for leading the execution of operational and functional activities of the Talent & Performance Team. This individual is the main point of contact for team members regarding benefits, staff leave, staff policies and procedures, and other Talent & Performance operational functions. The Talent Operations Specialist serves as the super user for all HR Systems and manages the subsequent talent system data and staff files. This individual is driven by a process improvement mindset, continually looking for way to increase our effectiveness and efficiencies as a team.· Manages team member benefits administration, including the annual open enrollment process, serving as the main point of contact for team members· Manages team member files and information; audits team member files and maintains appropriate documentation for compliance.· Serves as the main point of contact for team member leave, policies and procedures, and other team member-facing operational processes.· Collaborates with legal team to ensure adherence to all state and federal employment laws.· Supports the execution of talent activities related to onboarding, performance management, culture and training and development.· Serves as the super-user for all HR Systems; runs the appropriate reports and pulls team member data when needed.· Supports and administers the organization’s total rewards processes including compensation programs.· Manages Talent and Performance vendor relationships and ensures service level agreements are met.· Interfaces with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of team member data as it relates to payroll processes.· Provides support to the Talent & Performance Manager as needed on special projects or other key initiatives.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe seek to build teams of individuals who maintain trusted relationships, demonstrate accountability, influence without authority, have a service mindset, agility and curiosity. Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:· Bachelor’s degree in related field· 3-5 years related Human Resources experience· Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deadlines, while continuing to deliver service excellence.· Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple groups, both up and down/ internal and external.· Proven ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, while being self-directed and self-motivated.· Proven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goals.· Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Word, Excel, and WebEx Teams.· Proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.WHAT YOU’LL GETWe offer competitive pay and the opportunity for EVERYONE to earn commission and/or bonuses based on company and personal performance.
