Your missionYou will be using data to drive strategic decisions and improve the experience of our customers and partners. Your work will enable the Heat Geek team to independently uncover insights, make strategic adjustments, monitor impacts in real-time, and help us to provide the best home upgrade experience to homeowners.As a business built on data, every interaction—from website visits to home upgrades—provides the opportunity to enhance the user experience. Your responsibilities include:Work closely with various teams to identify and address data analysis needsCollect, clean, and process data from diverse sources, utilising Python and SQL for comprehensive analysisConduct exploratory data, using machine learning and statistical techniques where appropriate to uncover insights that can guide our strategy and operationsDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports and web applications to deliver insight and enable teams to self-serve their data needsProductionise your data science insights as APIs to help integrate directly into our systemsEngage with generative AI technologies to identify innovative solutions and enhance our data analysis capabilitiesStay informed about the latest trends in data science and climate technology, continuously bringing innovative ideas to our teamBe continuously curious and thinking of ways to improve life for our customersTo support you in achieving these exciting goals, you’ll work closely under the mentorship of our Lead Data Scientist.
