  • To support both the corporate and commercial division of MMB in respect of data analysis, business improvement and operations related tasks

We will rely on you to:
  • Support the wider team in data reporting tasks and subsequent analysis.
  • Oversee the Business Improvement Team and set-up meetings with consultants on a monthly basis.
  • Generate key continuous improvement ideas.
  • Provide support to two additional colleagues around the key management of our portfolio of client and bonus calculations within the operations team.
  • Have an assertive approach to your work with the ability to challenge processes and ideas, as and when required.
  • Demonstrate impeccable organisational skills with excellent visual accuracy and high attention to detail.
What you need to have
  • Excellent data analysis skills, to include intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Previous experience within a business improvement capacity.
  • Strong relationship building skills, together with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional organisational/planning and prioritising skills.
  • An inquisitive mind with the ability to resolve problems.
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and think outside the box.
  • Good level of education.
