- To support both the corporate and commercial division of MMB in respect of data analysis, business improvement and operations related tasks

- Support the wider team in data reporting tasks and subsequent analysis.
- Oversee the Business Improvement Team and set-up meetings with consultants on a monthly basis.
- Generate key continuous improvement ideas.
- Provide support to two additional colleagues around the key management of our portfolio of client and bonus calculations within the operations team.
- Have an assertive approach to your work with the ability to challenge processes and ideas, as and when required.
- Demonstrate impeccable organisational skills with excellent visual accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Excellent data analysis skills, to include intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- Previous experience within a business improvement capacity.
- Strong relationship building skills, together with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional organisational/planning and prioritising skills.
- An inquisitive mind with the ability to resolve problems.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative and think outside the box.
- Good level of education.
- Experience of working within a similar role.
- A background within the health and benefits sector.
