- Developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, print, and events. This includes setting campaign goals, creating content, managing budgets, and monitoring performance.
- Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Developing and maintaining brand guidelines to maintain brand identity and reputation.
- Gathering and analysing customer insights to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviours. Using this information to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns to better resonate with the target audience.
- Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Implementing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
- Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Generating reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions for optimisation.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
