Experienced Consultant - Global Employer Services

• Trusted Advisor: Deliver strategic personal income tax advice to a diverse client base from expatriates in global corporations to ambitious self-employed entrepreneurs. Your work will directly impact their success and financial well-being and in doing so, forge stronger client relationships.
• Calculations: Focus on optimization of remuneration packages guiding client decisions, together with dealing with the various personal income tax calculations in the framework of both local and international employment.
• Consulting: Offer tailored advice on (international) employment tax, ruling applications, withholding tax reduction legislation, personal income tax and legal compliance, equity incentives, pension, remuneration structuring and rewards.
• Contribute to Team Success: Engage confidently in meetings, knowing your insights are valued and heard.

• Aspire to Innovate: We seek the curious, those eager to grow their expertise daily taking advantage of new developments, both theoretical and technological, but with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar function.
• Communication is Key: You're articulate in English and Dutch, with French as a nice-to-have.
• Educational Foundation: You have a Master of Laws or a Master of Economics in combination with a Master after Master in Tax Law.
