About your future role
The eCommerce Sales Senior Specialist will be responsible for acquiring and developing new customers in the eCommerce market and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients , working to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. This role requires a combination of skills in consultative sales, customer lifecycle management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.Based on Milan Nexi Payments OfficesYour key responsibilities in this role will be:
  • Proactively identify and approach potential customers in the shipment tracking industry.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish (sales meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, post-sales follow-up)
  • Ensure that the quantity and quality of the pipeline generate prospects that allow the achievement of the commercial objectives in short, medium and long term.
  • Be an expert and ensure your team report all daily sales activity (Calls, Mail, Meetings, etc) and they Keep detailed notes on leads and opportunities interactions and apply it
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as the primary point of contact and promoting up-selling transactions
  • Collaborate with internal team to ensure effective implementation of solutions and smooth transition to customer service.
  • Constantly monitor the market and industry trends, providing feedback to the development and marketing team to drive product evolution.
  • Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets set by the company.

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in selling preferably Payment or IT solutions in eCommerce market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Results-oriented, proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Thorough knowledge of sales lifecycle and business strategies
  • Familiarity with sales management CRM tools and software
  • Willingness to travel as required by the client.
