- To coordinate IT project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
- Collaborate with IT team to develop and maintain project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation for IT projects, including project plans, reports, and status updates.
- Generate and distribute IT project-related reports to stakeholders as needed.
- Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries related to IT projects.
- Facilitate communication between IT project team members, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Track and monitor tasks related to IT projects, ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Work closely with IT team to identify and address potential project roadblocks.
- Conduct regular reviews of deliverables for IT projects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist in implementing quality control measures throughout the IT project lifecycle.
- Identifying and assessing risks specific to IT projects as well as developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT Project Management or a related field with a minimum CGPA 3.00 or 2nd class upper.
- Candidate must be having at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant IT certifications.
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools.
- Previous experience in managing and coordinating IT projects in manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
