- Apply the relevant policies, procedures and guidelines to progress applications.
- Provide administrative support to the team and/or work area
- Prepare and edit letters and notices sent to applicants, nominees and institutions.
- Code application information in Case Manager, keeping accurate and comprehensive records.
- Write, edit and proof-read
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in transposing information from software & database systems to approved document templates
- Using HP Content Manager for the secure keeping of information and documents
- Apply established criteria and make accurate evidence-based decisions
- Use appropriate judgement, analysis and problem-solving skills
- Manage time and plan own workload against performance expectations and apply attention to detail
- Communicate in an effective way
- Develop knowledge of legislation, policies, procedures and information management requirements
- Display relevant computer literacy skill
- Work in and adapt to a changing environment
- Apply high ethical standards, confidentiality and discretion and consistently practice relevant government privacy, ethics and workplace health and safety and security protocols
