This will include fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and building services.In addition, this position offers fantastic progression opportunities.   • The role is based at Ceres site 1-2 days a week with travel to local depots 3 days a week; schedules will be planned in advance.
  • Manage electrical PPM, proactive, and reactive works via the helpdesk to meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee maintenance of other building services, including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related tasks.
  • Provide callout response as per the rota.
  • Manage contractors on behalf of the client, ensuring their workmanship meets standards and issue Permits to Work.
  • Ensure all electrical equipment operates to specified performance criteria and that the surrounding area meets company standards.
  • Provide professional service and represent the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • Ideally from an FM background, but open to candidates from other industries.
  • Willing to take on additional FM tasks as required by the client.
  • Must have experience completing PPMs and reactive work.
  • Fully electrically qualified with 18th Edition, NVQ / C&G Electrical Installations.
