- Analyze in light of company policies and applicable Federal, State or local regulations.
- Facilitate succession planning, training, roundtable discussions, etc.
- Ensure accuracy of HR data and utilizes data to support business operations and workforce planning.
- Executes on HR strategy.
- Investigate employee complaints, disciplinary incidents, and workplace conflicts.
- Assist supervisors and managers with addressing work performance in their departments.
- Work with HR Generalist to assist employee with benefits.
- Prepare monthly employee headcount reports. Gather information and prepare schedules for annual headcount budget.
- 10+years of human resources experience in transnational companies, including labor relations with unionized workforce.
- Bachelor´s Degree and Master´s Degree preferred.
- Possesses a positive attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
- Excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Federal, State and local employment regulations.
