The HR Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations, with a focus on resolving employee grievances, managing the resolution of tickets on KEKA for employee-related queries, conducting exit interviews, and updating onboarding documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRMS systems, with specific expertise in KEKA HRMS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Resolve employee grievances in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention. 2. Manage and prioritize the resolution of tickets on KEKA for employee-related queries, providing support and guidance to employees as needed. 3. Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and insights, identifying trends and areas for improvement. 4. Update and maintain onboarding documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. 5. Provide training and support to HR team members and employees on the effective use of KEKA HRMS. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR operations, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience. 8. Generate reports and analyze data related to HR operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in HR operations management, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. - Strong understanding of HRMS systems, with expertise in KEKA HRMS preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and build positive relationships with employees at all levels. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Certification in HR management or related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
