- Mapping the tasks to be transferred and scope the corresponding workload,
- Creating training material for the BPO,
- Training the BPOs agents on the tasks,
- Defining relevant KPIs to monitor their performance,
- Reporting on these KPIs to the COO & GMs,
- Liaising with the operations teams in all subsidiaries.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, in operations, consulting, or in a BPO
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills (oral and written)
- Fluent in English and another language
- Autonomous, with a strong drive and attention to detail
- Data-driven and happy with numbers
- Experience in start up/scale up and with a ticketing system is a plus,
- Business Process Mapping & Improvement knowledge will make you stand out,
- 4 years' higher education in business or academic equivalent
