DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Social Worker for the Children Looked After Team in Bridgend Council. Initially a 3 month contract, with an Umbrella rate of £40 an hour.Bridgend County Borough Council offers a great opportunity to support children to achieve stability and permanence.You will be fully supported in the role and undertake appropriate training. In 2020 Children's Social Care launched the Outcome Focussed Approach Social Work model which underpins all of our practice in Bridgend. All new staff will be provided with a suite of training that will support them to develop their practice in line with the principles of the model.
