- Responsible for all sales activities in the Nordics, as well as through a distributor in the Baltics.
- Advise customers holistically from the needs’ analysis to the conception of the individual solution and accompany the projects to the conclusion.
- Visit existing customers in the sales region - with the aim of deepening business relations, getting to know the currently used system solution and informing about innovations approximately 80 %.
- Visit non-customers in the sales region - with the aim of presenting our client's system solution and convincing the different user groups of the benefits, approximately 20 %.
- Represent the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses and actively contribute to online campaigns such as webinars and live demonstrations.
- By working closely with the EMEA sales team and with other departments within the organization, such as Marketing and Service, being always informed about current overall market challenges and also to keep the management informed of important developments and challenges in the Nordic/Baltic region.
- Apart from driving the sales within the region you will also be responsible for supporting the integration and continues improvements of Sales Force for the sales team of C-RAD. This will include working closely with consultants and supplier as a soundboard and also to collect information and needs from colleagues to be handled over to the right party for action.
