As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, providing essential services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments for clients within the integrated teams.
Developing and implementing Occupational Therapy interventions and rehabilitation plans tailored to the specific needs of the people of Hull.
Providing technical expertise, advice, and support to colleagues, including Occupational Therapy Assistants and Occupational Therapists, to facilitate their professional development.
Handling complex cases and providing supervision and guidance to staff as needed.Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:A recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy.
Registration with the relevant professional body.
Proven experience in handling complex cases and providing supervision to staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
