Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • English as working language, Chinese speaking skill （Cantonese or Mandarin）
  • Proven senior leadership experience in Banking, Financial Services Industry (FSI), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or companies with Shared Services Centers/Operation Centers.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to influence and drive business decisions at the highest levels of corporate leadership.
  • For the Transformation/Digitalization Lead: Experience in leading operations at large scale, ideally with a background from top consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships and leading diverse teams.
