Shapes up the product vision, product functionality development plan, agrees with stakeholders
Creates, prioritizes and regularly re-evaluates business requirements backlog
Forms roadmap of product/program development, agrees with stakeholders
Orders UX testing and evaluates the success of innovations
Interacts with development teams to implement the product/features in the intended form and on time
Together with other departments participates in the preparation of the product for entry into the market: plans localization releases, participates in the preparation of marketing documents (feature sheet) and the formation of the goals of the product/program launch
Generates and tracks product metrics and analyses use scenarios
Planned product support: release of updates, migration of users to the latest version of the application, end of life of the product/application
As part of the financial project preparation process, assesses the resources that will be spent on product development and support by RnD, together with other departments tracks the product KPIs.
