- Review BCOE's business processes for enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with Industry Best Practice
- To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
- Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design execution of projects and programs to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency
- Conducting ongoing business process reviews and developing optimization strategies
- Support for process leaders in achieving strategic CI goals
- Prior experience of managing transformation program for Finance and accounting processes is an advantage
- Prior experience in Finance and accounting processes
- Proven track record of successfully implementing business transformation, projects, improvements
- A solid understanding of how people go through business change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management processes and methodologies
- Ability to present information effectively
- Excellent people skills and ability to influence and motivate others
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to apply innovation and exploration of non-traditional ideas in solving problems
- Ability to work flexible hours if required
- Conducting ongoing business process reviews and developing optimization strategies
- Support for process leaders in achieving strategic CI goals
- Develop financial planning & analysis to help Segment & Clusters frame, monitor and achieve their business objectives
- Reinforce Segment & Clusters decision making by bringing the relevant strategic, financial & business perspectives
- Promote and drive value creation initiatives across the different functions
- Ensure fair allocation of financial resources between business stakeholders
- Set up a transparent business environment, in compliance with internal & external financial standards & procedures
