Job Description:We are looking for Continous Improvement Project Lead to join Transformation Team in BCOERoles and Responsibility:

Bring clear strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging customer questions
Lead continuous improvement Strategic and Automation projects within Business center of excellence processes
Review BCOE's business processes for enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with Industry Best Practice
To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking
Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design execution of projects and programs to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency
Conducting ongoing business process reviews and developing optimization strategies
Support for process leaders in achieving strategic CI goals

Qualification:

Prior experience of managing transformation program for Finance and accounting processes is an advantage
Prior experience in Finance and accounting processes
Proven track record of successfully implementing business transformation, projects, improvements
A solid understanding of how people go through business change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management processes and methodologies
Ability to present information effectively
Excellent people skills and ability to influence and motivate others
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to apply innovation and exploration of non-traditional ideas in solving problems
Ability to work flexible hours if required
Conducting ongoing business process reviews and developing optimization strategies
Support for process leaders in achieving strategic CI goals
