Engineer - Plant Operations (Bintulu)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Willing to work under minimal supervision.
• Can work under tight deadlines and pressure.

• To ensure the plant's operations' efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Develop and maintain systems to improve and sustain value in health, safety, environment, production rates, reliability, cost, and quality.
• Optimizes manufacturing processes for safety and productivity.
• Maintains and updates production batch sheets, operational SOPs, and other related documents.
• Develop, review & revise station procedures & technical instructions, and documentation of equipment testing and inspections.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment problems and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents. Assemble all equipment failure reports.
• Conduct regular inspections/monitoring to ensure project activities meet quality standards.
• Assist in the management of construction resources, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise or interface with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assists with conducting investigations for quality complaints, safety accidents, and incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Assists with scheduling and conducting general site training, as well as the site's emergency response training and updates to the emergency response plan as required.
• Any other assigned role & responsibility as of and when required/needed by Supervisor / Superior

• Salary Range: RM3, 000 - RM3, 500
