- Execute yearly reward cycle and ensure all packages and benefits are legal and administered efficiently and accurately (e.g. bonus payments / pay reviews / salary increments etc.)
- Proactively align with other C&B colleagues, HR teams and salary administrators across the region to ensure consistent advise and support is being delivered. (e.g.: answering questions on 30% ruling, expat assignments, tax equalization etc.)
- Ensure the implementation and further roll-out of employment conditions (e.g. collective labor agreement, pension scheme, vitality scheme, bonus program etc.)
- Conduct benchmarks and job evaluation processes on a regular basis for the jobs in Europe.
- Maintain an updated library of HR policies and communicate effectively to the organisation
- Advise HR Managers on the recruitment of expats/internationals regarding immigration, employment conditions, social security and taxes.
- Maintain and improve expat policy within the organization.
- Maintain contacts with service providers and external consultant in supporting expats relocation and immigration. Investigate the possibilities to streamline external services and reduce costs.
- If necessary, takes the initiative to propose changes based on analyzes and reports, including financial and legal impact.
- Create reports, data analytics, support on data driven decisions
- Support on yearly Headcount budget for Europe
