As London's environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London's wildlife, national parks and green spaces.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Apprenticeship Operations Manager to join our Apprenticeship and Business Development Team. Reporting to the Head of Apprenticeships and Business Development, the post holder will be responsible for all aspects of apprenticeship delivery, quality and quality assurance. This will include ensuring the high-quality delivery of the curriculum to all apprentices, managing the internal verification and quality assurance processes, ensuring that apprentices are fully compliant including completing their sign up paperwork, recording their off the job training, are having regular monitoring visits and progress reviews and are fulfilling functional skills requirements, providing feedback to employers on apprentice progress and ensuring that apprentices are ready for gateway and their end point assessments.The successful candidate will have experience of managing apprenticeships and an excellent working knowledge of apprenticeship levy and non-levy employers. They will also have Apprenticeship funding knowledge and experience of growing both performance and quality improvement. They will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to identify priorities and work on their own initiative.
