You’ll have a strong background in working within a Studio environment and have an understanding of and passion for photography / fashion. Reviewing daily work schedules of the studio and ensuring work is delivered on deadline. You have the ability to work quickly and efficiently and are able to use initiative and to work in a pressurised environment. You will lead the studio teams to ensure shoots and throughputs are managed and deadlines met. The role requires a focused, driven and hardworking individual who is great with people. You will oversee the entire studio team, supporting all areas of Samples, Photography, Retouch and Styling throughout the Studio. A distinct knowledge of e-commerce is a must to deliver a smooth-running studioWhat you'll be doing
  • Working closely with the Art Director to provide all photography procedures and assets in accordance with brand demands.
  • Supporting the Studio and Production Coordinator with daily sample tasks, freelance/model booking and model castings.
  • Overseeing and monitoring monthly budgets and reporting to the finance team and Brand Director.
  • Overseeing the daily workloads among the studio team and freelancers
  • Ensure the shoot team adheres to the shoot guidelines including lighting/HMU sign off and are aware of delivering quality and quantity.
  • Attending weekly trade meetings to represent the studio team and to process any image requests from around the business.
  • Liaising with buying daily to smooth out any issues and to ensure a timely publishing process.
  • Reporting on throughput and team KPI’s.
  • Coaching, developing and motivating the studio team.
  • Supporting with the implementation of new technologies and software to increase productivity.
  • Being aware of potential opportunities arising from new kit or process change.
  • Ability to manage personal workload while providing support to the wider studio team
  • Additional projects will be required on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Previous experience working as a Studio Manager or in a similar role
  • Experience in a studio environment
  • Creative & operational experience
  • Some experience leading a team
  • Work well to deadlines, pace and under pressure.
  • Strong communicator
