About the roleWe are seeking a Digital Project Manager to be responsible for a single or a number of smaller projects, to ensure that the outputs are delivered as expected and customer satisfaction is achieved through building good relationships and key lines of communication with key stakeholders, both internally & externally.This is a delivery-focused role, offering a great opportunity to join this exciting and growing agency.   • Manage multiple client project stakeholders - ensuring that their voice is heard and that you manage their updates & expectations throughout the delivery of the projects.
  • Compile and distribute both internal and client reporting (RAID logs, highlight reports, sprint summary reports, finance/revenue tracking & management).
  • Utilise internal resource (developers, testers, solution architects etc), manage capacity & planning management - producing detailed project and resource allocation plans.
  • Be accountable for the planning, management & delivery your projects (anything from £1k up to £2m) while managing several projects at once.
  • Follow internal processes and governance.
  • Prince2 &/or Agile Scrum Master working.
  • Report to and support the SMT (Senior Management Team) within the business.
  • Capable of building strong team ethos, encouraging individual and team responsibility.
  • Build a strong rapport and engagement with the customer to ensure that success is clearly articulated and achieved.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in an Agile / Prince2 project methodology (digital / cloud / low code)
  • Experience of managing projects through multiple elements of their lifecycle
  • Agile / Prince2 qualification & demonstrable experience thereof
  • Experience in managing software delivery teams
  • Project budget management experience
  • Demonstrable experience working within 'digital delivery'
  • Stakeholder / client / 3rd party management experience
  • Can deliver successfully to key milestones & own the delivery plan
  • Demonstrable evidence of team leadership and instilling core corporate values
