The role itself will be based in the north side of Paris and you will be part of an international service team.As a Customer Service Advisor you will represent a global energy provider in the exciting growth markets for electric car charging stations. You will receive incoming calls, emails as well as live chats from consumers and business clients in Belgium. You will deal with day to day queries regarding usage and billing as well as troubleshooting issues that arise.We are looking for candidates who have:- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Flemish- Good command of English- Excellent listening and problem solving skills- Computer literate- Eagerness to learn and developFull paid training will be provided.
