Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day oxygen operations within the utility department
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all oxygen-related activities
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of oxygen generation and distribution systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize oxygen utilization and minimize wastage
Lead and mentor a team of utility staff to achieve operational excellence and performance targets
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address operational gaps or safety concerns
Provide technical expertise and guidance in troubleshooting oxygen-related equipment or process issues
Participate in the planning and execution of capital projects related to oxygen operations
Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in oxygen production and distribution

Qualifications:

12-16 years of experience in the Copper Business industry
Proven track record in utility operations and management
Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency and safety compliance
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant discipline preferred
