- manage aspects of large - small scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential risk / issues.
- identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement.
- coordinate the tasks of the initiative among different divisions, streams, crews of different streams, and vendors
- help resolve cross-stream, agile crew and pod conflicts and dependencies, align with stream/crew leads / product owners and facilitate reprioritization efforts
- perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk and issue mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk, issue and dependency management plans
- ensure that the next quarter's OKRs are included in the QBRs (Division) so that the initiatives are fully transparent and suitable priorities can be made
- university degree in computer science or a related field, preferably with Program / Project or Initiative Management certification (e.g. PMP)
- Initiative Management / Marketing technology program management experience of at least 5 years in a similar environment, more than 10+ years of experience in IT
- Strong track record in delivering change in financial services industry in particular proven experience in designing, planning, and implementing complex Marketing Strategy aligned Marketing Technology Transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills being able to use abstraction techniques and visualization tools
- high level of drive and commitment, flexibility to undertake a variety of assignments
- known for a can-do approach when tackling difficult tasks, a self-starter, proactive and resilient to ensure goals are met Fluent in English
- solid understanding of agile methodology and experience operating in agile organizations

- an excellent communicator, assertive and trustworthy with strong distributed team skills
- process oriented with a structured approach to ensure delivery in time Extensive experience in driving, design and delivery of integrated marketing automation technology solutions, spanning: content creation and approval; web sites , web content management; CRM; marketing campaign solutions across multiple channels; analytics
- experience with website content management systems, ideally Adobe suite, MS Dynamics 365 platform or other leading CRM, Social Medial platforms - LinkedIn etc
- Strong organisational and program management skills, able to work across several Martech workstreams ensuring a solid program / project management foundation is in place. Responsible for and actively manage Program scope, plans, resource planning, maintaining timelines and ensuring the overall critical path, milestones and deliverables are known and achieved.
